TERMS OF SERVICE
General:
I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
Be nice and polite. Talking to me in a very disrespectful manner will get you blacklisted.
I require credit to be clearly written in an easy to see place. This should be in your Twitter/SNS bio and about page on your channel.
I maintain the right to post my work in any form, as well as the right to stream commissions on my Twitch channel unless otherwise agreed upon.
I maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising, with respective credits to the client and/or artists involved.
Prices listed are for personal use only and is not intended for commercial use or resale.
Full payment is required upfront before I start working on the commission.
My work may not be used in any blockchain-related technology. This includes NFTs.
Art:
You must provide an existing character design sheet of your model. I will not accept mood boards as reference.
I will send you the initial sketch for confirmation before moving forward to lineart and coloring. I may ask for additional information regarding the character design so that I can efficiently split up parts.
Minor revisions are free of charge. Any major revisions, especially after the sketch phase, will incur fees. The price will depend on the complexity.
Rigging:
You must have the .PSD file ready. Layers or parts must be properly named and separated. Additional charges will apply for me to adjust the PSD to make it suitable for rigging.
I will send you updates on progress throughout the project, with videos or gifs attached.
I will send the .moc3 file to you for testing along with any instructions for parameter setup in your desired face tracking application. Any adjustments needed will be done ASAP.
The model may only be used for the following commercial purposes: (a) streaming and (b) social media graphics. Other types of commercial use can be discussed.
You are not allowed to redistribute the model file.
Refunds:
I do not accept refunds unless I haven't started on the piece.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted. Also, you will be added to my blacklist, banned from purchasing anything from me, and I will notify other artists and riggers to avoid you.

How do I get on the waitlist?
I do not have an open waitlist. If you would like a slot, you will need to wait for the application period to apply. The selected applications will be added to a queue that I will work through.How do applications work?
Applications open every 2~3 months. The application period will last a few days, and accepted applicants will be contacted and confirmed over the course of the following week. Please expect 3 days of downtime as I carefully look over applications.Do I need to have a finished PSD?
Yes. I will only be accepting finished PSDs, as I need to confirm the layer and part setup.What makes you prefer one application over another?
There are a few main things that will make me more inclined to accept your application. Properly layered PSDs, permission to live stream the process, and flexible schedules. I do also prefer people who plan to be actively using their model!What is the optimal Facetracking software?

There will be areas to include details about your desired commission, including things such as: Desired toggles, expressions and animations, deadline flexibility and schedule, PSD upload, PayPal email for invoicing, tracking method you will be using, as well as permission for me to livestream working on your model.Please note that clients who want to keep the model hidden for debut/surprise/etc. reasons will be charged an extra fee depending on how long the commission will take to complete.How long does it take for a commission to be completed?
In general, it will take around 2 - 3 months to complete a commission. More time may be required depending on the model's complexity.How does scheduling work?
I will look at each person's schedule and adjust to ideally fit everyone's time frame and flexibility. In the case that 2 people have the same general desired deadline, I will try to work with both parties to adjust the schedule. Because of this, I prefer to go with clients who are more flexible with their timelines.
